Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mineralogy purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn jewelry in its original Mineralogy gift box and protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
